Responsibilities
The incoming lawyer will be hitting the ground running, taking on and handling a sizeable file load with established clients throughout the Fraser Valley and beyond. In addition you will be supporting senior partners at the firm on more complex and challenging files. This work will consist of all facets of a commercial real estate practice (financing, development, leasing, purchase and sales) in addition to land development matters.

Qualifications

• Called to the BC Bar and be in good standing
• 4+ years of experience post call to the BC Bar. Emphasis of experience with commercial real estate and land developed is considered to be a strong asset
• Be comfortable with a billable target of 1500
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
