We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a short-term contract in Ottawa, starting immediately. This position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems and handle data entry tasks
  • Greet visitors and respond to general inquiries
  • Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
  • Previous administrative or office experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to new environments
