Successor to his father, David Aplin, Jeff assumed leadership at Aplin in 2010 as the Chief Operating Officer and was appointed President in 2011. He is based out of our headquarters in Calgary, Alberta.
Jeff spent several years as a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting, specializing in strategy and operations prior to joining Aplin. He has an MBA from the University of Calgary and holds the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation. Jeff served for many years as an active member of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) and is currently a board member of the Family Enterprise Xchange (FEX) serving as the Director, Calgary Chapter.
A recipient of one of the 2016 Business in Calgary Leaders Awards, Jeff was recognized for his strong company leadership, personal integrity, industry involvement, and his commitment to community and philanthropic activities.
Today, Jeff continues to build on his tradition of excellence and family roots, leading by example, positively impacting businesses and careers with recruiting solutions across Canada.
