About the Position
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Senior Superintendent will lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through to completion. This includes managing schedules, subcontractors, quality control, and safety compliance while maintaining open communication with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all field operations on large-scale construction projects.
- Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support site staff and trades.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and consultants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent.
- Proven track record managing commercial and light industrial projects.
- Full-cycle project experience on builds such as warehouses, cold storage facilities, and car dealerships.
- Tilt-up construction experience is a strong asset.
- Salary: $125,000 – $155,000.
- 3–4 weeks of vacation.
