ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of complex, documentation-heavy builds within a trusted and growth-oriented firm. You’ll oversee multiple concurrent projects from preconstruction through occupancy, working closely with Superintendents, clients, and consultants to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-schedule delivery.

You’ll lead the planning and execution of commercial and light industrial construction projects, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain accountability for all project phases. RESPONSIBILTIES
- Oversee commercial and industrial projects from design through closeout and occupancy
- Manage subtrade procurement, scope definition, and contract execution
- Collaborate with site teams to maintain quality, schedule, and safety standards
- Track progress using Timberline and Microsoft software for cost coding, submittals, RFIs, and change management
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and municipalities to resolve design or site issues
- Review monthly progress claims, budgets, and subcontractor invoices
- Report regularly to senior leadership on project financials and performance
- 10+ years as a Project Manager (already operating at PM level)
- Commercial and light industrial construction Warehouses, cold storage, food processing, car dealerships, self-storage, and studios, Tilt-up and structural steel (tilt-up strongly preferred)
- Delivered 3–4 projects from excavation through occupancy
- Ability to manage 2–3 projects simultaneously
- Strong experience with client coordination, safety oversight, and heavy documentation processes
- Salary: $130,000 – $145,000
