A strong administrative background, prior experience working with Adobe PDF and formatting documents, is required. Experience in professional services, legal or engineering is preferred.

You’ll work with multiple departments and assist with document formatting requests, presentation editing, and a variety of editing, formatting and proofreading. About The Opportunity

About The Position
- Prepare and edit a wide range of complex legal documents, spreadsheets, presentations, flow charts, and PDFs.
- Convert PDF documents into Word or other formats as needed, ensuring all materials adhere to firm standards.
- Create and troubleshoot document comparisons using document comparison tools.
- Develop and maintain Excel documents, including generating graphs and tables, applying formulas, and automating processes to manage large data sets efficiently.
- Transcribe dictation using digital transcription software.
- Provide support on various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Must be available for 4 days/week; afternoons and evenings.
- Exceptional word processing skills with strong accuracy, proofreading, and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Solid working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, document comparison, and digital dictation tools.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere, OmniPage, and ProxyPro is considered an asset.
- Annual salary range $50,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
