Commercial Property Desk Adjuster (Lloyd’s)

Our client is a well-established, global claims management organization known for delivering expert solutions across a wide range of insurance and risk services. With a strong reputation in the industry, they support both domestic and international markets and are particularly recognized for their collaborative culture, career development opportunities, and commitment to technical excellence. For this position, they are currently looking to add experienced Intermediate or Senior Property Claims Adjusters to their growing team, who can handle subscription policy. 

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle commercial property subscription claims from intake to resolution (analyzing, adjusting, reporting, litigation, closing)
• Collaborate with field adjusters and internal support to assess and manage files
• Maintain and manage a caseload of 100–150 open files, depending on claim complexity
• Work closely with Lloyd’s syndicates, brokers, and other key stakeholders across the London market
• Interpret policy coverage and ensure compliance with market-specific requirements

Qualifications

• Intermediate Level: 5+ years of property claims experience
• Senior Level: 10+ years of experience managing complex commercial property claims 
• Prior experience with Lloyd’s market 
• Must understand and handle the entire claims cycle, including delegated authority and litigation processes
• Licensed Adjuster or CIP 
• Multiline experience (property & casualty) strongly preferred
• Experience managing claims across multiple provinces or all of Canada is a strong asset

Benefits & Perks

• Intermediate Adjuster: $70,000 – $85,000 CAD
• Senior Adjuster: $80,000 – $100,000 CAD
