Aplin is partnered with an established engineering consulting firm in Edmonton, specializing in municipal infrastructure, land development, and transportation engineering. We’re seeking a Project Planner to join their collaborative team.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of planning projects from concept through delivery - working closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. It’s an ideal opportunity for an experienced planner who enjoys combining technical expertise, project delivery, and business development.

Key Must-Haves:
- Degree in Urban Planning or related discipline
- RPP, MCIP designation (preferred)
- 10+ years of relevant planning experience
- Strong knowledge of Alberta municipal approvals and land development processes
- Familiarity with Alberta Environment regulations, wetland policies, and low-impact development principles
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively, and build lasting client relationships
