Compensation & Benefits
- Texas: $18–$21/hr

What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations of the storage facility, ensuring security, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Provide excellent customer service and manage tenant relationships
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones
- Oversee rent collection, tenant leases, and accurate recordkeeping
- Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and team development
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance with the Regional Operations Manager
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Take ownership of property initiatives and continuously improve operational standards
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Previous experience in property management, self-storage, or retail management preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency)
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed
- Local candidates preferred – within reasonable commuting distance
