Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for personal insurance clients, managing policy changes and inquiries
- Provide tailored insurance advice based on client needs
- Process quotes, policy updates, and claims support efficiently
- Maintain thorough documentation of all interactions within the broker management system
- Comply with all licensing requirements and ethical standards while delivering stellar service
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 year of experience in personal lines insurance, with brokerage experience preferred
- RIBO license or enthusiastic to obtain it prior to starting
- Knowledge of Ontario insurance products and carrier-specific procedures
- Strong communication skills, comfortable managing a busy inbox and phone calls
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 depending on experience and location
