We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our client, a fast-growing, technology-driven insurance brokerage . This position is responsible for engaging inbound leads, following up on quotes, and closing insurance policies from anywhere in Canada. The role offers an excellent opportunity for ambitious sales professionals to grow their careers in a dynamic environment with flexible remote work options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective clients
- Follow up on quotes and convert leads into successful policy sales
- Upsell and cross-sell insurance policies to maximize sales revenue
- Achieve a number of policy closures per week
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and performance reports
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a brokerage sales role
- Valid RIBO license
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products (auto, home, tenant)
- Comfortable using CRM systems like Salesforce or similar platforms
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and quick learner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
