Urgently hiring! Our Saskatoon-based mining client is urgently seeking a Team Lead to support their drilling programs. This is a 6-week, field-based opportunity in beautiful Northern Saskatchewan.
Compensation

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage diamond core drilling rigs, ensuring safe and efficient operations
- Borehole tracking and drillhole management using Leapfrog modelling software
- Real-time geosteering and geological interpretation
- Coordinate daily drilling activities and contractor performance
- Provide technical guidance and support to field crews
- Ensure drilling data quality, accuracy, and timely reporting
- Monitor program progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Assist with drill targeting, planning, and execution of exploration objectives
Qualifications
- Experience with exploration drilling programs in Oil and Gas and/or Mining
- Experience leading a team in a field/remote setting
- Based in Saskatoon or willing to travel to Saskatoon for transportation to site
