Responsibilities
- Develop and configure core Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 applications
- Analyze, design, and implement system enhancements based on business needs
- Maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform technical root-cause analysis and provide actionable solutions
- Document procedures, populate knowledge databases, and create testing documentation
- Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and service delivery
- Ensure compliance with audit and security standards
- Support ongoing application maintenance and upgrades
Qualifications
- University degree or College diploma in computer science or related field
- Minimum of five years’ experience with Dynamics 365/CRM (version 2016 or newer)
- Proven proficiency with JavaScript and C# within Visual Studio
- Strong experience working with .NET Framework and Web API services, Swagger, and PowerShell scripting
- Solid understanding of source control systems like TFS, SVN, or CVS
- Ability to acquire Reliability Security Clearance (must have lived in Canada for at least five years)
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience working with RESTful services and integrations
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of additional programming languages or middleware solutions
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience is highly valued
