Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound client inquiries with professionalism and a friendly attitude
- Process new policies, policy changes, and renewals accurately
- Maintain and update insurance records within the system
- Assist clients with questions related to their coverage and policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Support the transition and ongoing use of new brokerage management systems
- Follow up on outstanding client needs and pending requests
Qualifications:
- Approximately one year of insurance experience (e.g., reception, brokerage, junior CSR)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attitude and eagerness to learn are more important than years of experience
- Ability to ask questions and seek out growth opportunities
- Willingness to obtain a RIBO license within 12 months if not already licensed
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Benefits & Compensation:
- Salary ranging from $45,000 to $50,000
