Our client, a boutique employee-owned investment management firm, is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Portfolio Administrator to support their Private Client team in Downtown Calgary, AB. This role is ideal for someone with experience in wealth management or investment administration who thrives in a collaborative, high-touch client service environment.
You will support Portfolio Managers and Associates with client service, account administration, reporting, and day-to-day office operations.
Compensation
- $65,000 – $70,000 base salary

Responsibilities
- Deliver a professional and high-touch client experience via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Support Portfolio Managers and Associates with day-to-day client servicing
- Manage investment account administration, including:
- Account opening
- Transfers
- Cash movements
- Account closures
- Prepare:
- Client presentations
- Portfolio review materials
- Reports and tax packages
- Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system
- Coordinate client meetings and supporting documentation
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Provide reception and office administrative support as needed
- Assist with client events and ad hoc operational initiatives
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in wealth management, investment administration, or financial services
- Experience with:
- Investment account administration
- Client servicing
- Report preparation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Salesforce and/or Bloomberg experience considered an asset
- Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
