Compensation
- $80,000 – $110,000 per annum

Responsibilities
- Completing regular site inspections of properties including vacant units, building common areas and repairing deficiencies promptly.
- Forecasting operational and capital budgets for properties.
- Negotiating new leases and monitoring lease expirations, as well as reading, interpreting & preparing lease agreements.
- Working with real estate agents and brokers
- Providing leadership and supervision to Residential Managers.
- Effectively negotiating service contracts.
- Monitoring the timely collection of rents including necessary follow-up and when required, oversee legal and collection action
- Handle tenant inquiries, feedback, complaints or concerns
Qualifications
- 5+ years managing a commercial and/or residential portfolio
- Experience forecasting budgets
- Experience managing Building Managers
