Our client, a forward-thinking team dedicated to exceptional client service, is seeking a passionate and experienced Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of their in-office team. What you’ll do:
- Prepare, review, and process applications, endorsements, binders, and invoicing via EPIC and carrier portals
- Recommend additional coverages to clients and assist with renewals, cancellations, and policy changes
- Build strong relationships by communicating effectively through calls, emails, etc.
- Maintain detailed electronic client files, manage renewal lists, and support special projects as needed
- Respond promptly to client and underwriter inquiries, providing expert guidance on coverage options and risk management
What you bring:
- 2 to 5 years of personal lines experience within a brokerage environment
- RIBO license is required
- Solid understanding of personal lines underwriting and coverages
- Familiarity with Epic and/or Compuquote is a plus
- Comfortable on the phone, with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated problem solver with keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently or collaboratively
Compensation & Benefits:
- $60,000 to $65,000 in base salary commensurate with experience
- Commission for friends & family business you write
