Our client, a highly respected national organization, is seeking a bilingual Service Desk Analyst to join their Calgary office. This is a full-time, fully onsite contract opportunity supporting a fast-paced enterprise IT environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering first-line technical support while providing exceptional customer service to internal users.

Responsibilities
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and diagnosis for hardware and software issues
- Log all user interactions and incidents into the service management system
- Determine appropriate resolutions and provide guidance to end users
- Install, configure, move, and support desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Provide deskside support when issues cannot be resolved remotely
- Deliver high-quality customer service within established service levels
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical knowledge bases
- Perform other related support duties as required
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of recent IT service desk or help desk experience
- At least 3 years of demonstrated customer service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support users at all levels
- Bilingual in English and French (required)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance
- Comfortable working fully onsite (5 days a week) in Calgary
