Our client in North York, ON a leader in the insurance industry, is seeking motivated Sales Call Center Agents to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are ambitious, results-driven, and passionate about helping clients navigate their insurance options.
Benefits & Perks
- Please note, this will be a hybrid role 2 days per week in-office (North York area)
- Contract: 6 weeks with potential to extend up to 6 months
- Full-time hours: Monday to Friday
- Comprehensive training: 2–4 weeks, including potential LLQP licensing support
Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to promote insurance products and solutions
- Educate clients on policy options, benefits, and pricing
- Achieve sales and conversion targets while maintaining compliance standards
- Accurately document client interactions and maintain CRM records
- Contribute to a positive, client-focused team environment
Qualifications
- LLQP license preferred; candidates willing to become licensed are welcome (training provided)
- 1+ experience in call center sales working in insurance
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs or sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
