Our client, based in Richmond Hill, ON, is growing its customer service team! This will be a permanent opportunity as a Bilingual French Customer Service Representative!

Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Process membership requests, changes, and cancellations
- Support rebate eligibility transfers by collecting and verifying documentation
- Track and update member files in CRM; provide accurate status updates
- Resolve deposit or cancellation disputes, escalating complex cases when needed
- Manage general information mailboxes and ensure timely follow-ups
- Generate reports and contribute to process improvements
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for hardware/software (training provided)
Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English (mandatory)
- Must have 1–2 years of customer service experience
- Experience with CRM or ticketing platforms an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
