Despite our amazing brain, humans are animals and like animals, we will fall into traps. For humans, these traps often relate to our performance in the workplace and our ability to create success for ourselves and our organizations. Unlike an animal falling into a physical trap, the traps we step into are wired into our brain, but we can escape them and create structures to avoid them altogether.
Join, Hamish Knox from Sandler Training for an interactive discussion on the common mental traps that are wired into all of our brains, how they manifest in the workplace and how to escape them.
Agenda also includes breakfast with coffee and the opportunity to network with other management professionals.
