David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit a Territory Manager - Lubricants based in Edmonton, AB.

Our client is a highly successful Edmonton based company who maintains the exclusive distribution of high quality lubricant products to the Alberta region. David Aplin Group has been partnered with this quality employer for a number of years and we are very pleased to be assisting them in their search for a Territory Manager to help them grow their lubricants business in Northern Alberta.

Reporting to the Sales Manager and based out of their Edmonton office, you will be responsible for expanding and nurturing your customer base, and providing customers with high quality service and expertise. If you enjoy working in a supportive and prosperous sales environment, this is the opportunity for you!

The Role:

  • Maintain an existing account base and achieve customer satisfaction
  • Endeavor to obtain or seek out new prospective customers and cultivate strong customer relationships
  • Determine customer's needs by demonstrating knowledge of the industry 
  • Travel as required within territory to meetings with existing or potential clients
  • Actively use and maintain CRM system
  • Nurture communication lines with all customers in order to gain insightful customer feedback and important industry news
The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 5 years' field sales experience in the industrial construction marketplace
  • Previous experience in using CRM systems
  • Solid working knowledge of the industrial marketplace with a strong drive to succeed
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to travel and hold a valid Driver's License
