David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit a Temporary Government AS3 on a temporary 6 week basis.

Our Government Client, is looking for a Temporary Government AS3 to join their St Alberta and Spruce Grove office. This candidate will be expected to move between both offices on a weekly basis. 

You will report directly to the office manager and will be responsible for creating an energetic atmosphere while assisting with clerical duties. This 6 week  position will require a very organized individual with strong time-management skills. Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills will be required.

Can you provide exceptional customer service while balancing administrative duties?

The Role:

  • Managing and monitoring the front desk
  • Answering on average 50 calls per day
  • Prepare invoices and bank deposits
  • Providing assistance to visitors and clients
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Data entry of invoices into the system
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Ensuring the kitchen and front desk areas are kept clean
The Ideal Candidate:

  • 6 months+ receptionist/admin experience
  • Intermediate MS Word skills with the ability to draft memos
  • Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to  create basic spreadsheets and enter data
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • The ability to prioritize and multi-task
