David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client, to recruit a temporary Administrative Assistant. This is an immediate full time temporary opportunity that will go on for 1 month.
If you are an organized individual who is a strong written and verbal communicator, then this is the perfect position for you! Intermediate user of both MS Word and Excel required.

General administrative support for the team; maintaining a 'bring forward' system and follow-up on items to ensure the timely completion of tasks
Liaising with various departments and gathering information for team
Organizing electronic and paper documentation for all processes
Completing expenses and entering / tracking of invoices
Managing office mail, recording, sorting, distribution
Coordinating with couriers for outgoing and incoming items
Scan, organize, label and file documents
Tidy up file room and kitchen area
Administrative support for the team as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
Can interview in person and start ASAP
1+ years of previous administrative experience in a similar role
Previous experience with expenses and data entry with Excel
Previous experience in a financial institution is a strong asset
Proficiency with Word and Excel
A warm and friendly demeanor with a focus on team orientated customer service
Strong organizational skills, self starter and attention to detail
$16-20 per hour - depending on experience
Located in Downtown Vancouver (Transit Accessible)
4 weeks - Monday to Friday; weekends off
8:00am – 4:30pm or 8:30am – 5:00pm with one hour lunch
