Manage outgoing correspondence such as client letters and reports
Coordinate meetings and prepare documents in advance
Manage the electronic database including regular mailings and marketing information
All other administrative support as required
Maintains the confidentiality of documents
Filing, scanning and data entry
The Ideal Candidate:
2+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment
Must have completed Grade 12 and hold one plus years of experience working in data entry
Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
A professional demeanor with a passion for customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A passion for accuracy and attention to detail
Requires a minimum of 40 wpm and 8000 ksph
