Our customer requires someone who is a team player with 5-7 years of experience in an Administrative Management role. Working within a highly confidential and professional environment, duties will include:
Provide direction and organization in terms of workflow to a small team
Tracking the progress and completion of projects, tracking client deadlines and billings
Preparing and editing financial reports and communications as requested
Provide support to manager’s and partners
Supporting leadership with the day to day management of schedules
Supporting leadership with composing & producing routine correspondence
Providing additional day to day administrative support as required
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 5-7 years of professional office experience in an Administrative Management role
A relevant post-secondary degree or diploma (or equivalent qualifications)
Canadian Securities License
Experience working in a wealth management environment is an advantage
Strong understanding of confidentiality
Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Competence in using all facets of Microsoft Office
Highly dependable and trustworthy and able to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
