David Aplin Group has partnered with our client, a well-established company in the healthcare tech space, to recruit for a Sales Representative.

They have recently begun to expand and are looking to add a dynamic individual to their sales team. Our client specializes in cutting-edge technology and offers specialty solutions that make an impactful difference in the lives of others.  

The Role:

The responsibility of the Sales Representative is to provide customized solution-based sales in the healthcare technology sector to clients throughout North America. Qualified leads will be generated in collaboration with the marketing team and outreach and product sales presentations will be conducted by the Sales Representative to executive clients. This individual will be a part of a smaller sales team and will have the ability to work independently with lots of access to team support. This person will have the ability to wear multiple hats within the organization’s creative environment where fresh and new ideas are welcome. While the role is primarily office-based, travel to trade shows and client meetings across North America is a part of the role.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Expertise in solution selling and sales negotiation skills 
  • 3+ years’ experience in direct sales 
  • Technology-competent individual with a passion and curiosity for modern tech apps
  • Exposure to formal sales presentations (in-person, telephone, video conferencing) 
  • Working knowledge of proposal generation with strong communication and writing skills 
  • An outgoing individual with a self-starter mindset and an ambitious personality 

  • Our client offers a competitive compensation plan with a healthy base salary and great commission potential
