David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit a Sales/Marketing Administrative Assistant based in downtown Edmonton.

Our client a growing financial organization is currently looking to hire 4 Sales/ Marketing Administrators on a temporary to permanent assignment. The successful candidate will have a track record with business development and 2-5 years sales experience, preferably in a banking/ financial setting.

The Role:

  • Main point of contact for clients and online banking service - providing outstanding customer service and excellent product knowledge
  • Proactively calling existing clients, assisting them with growing their online knowledge of products
  • Maintaining and developing a portfolio on online banking clients
  • Communicating progress of goals and objectives to team at weekly meeting
  • Write up all necessary contract documentation
The Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent computer skills with Advanced level Microsoft Office skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be highly detailed oriented, well organized and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Website management and social media skills
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently handle multiple tasks of equal importance
