Our client, a fast paced Financial Institute in Downtown Edmonton is looking for 4 Sales Administrators for a temporary position with the possibility of turning permanent for the right individual!!
As the Intermediate Office Administrator, you will be responsible for performing sales administrative duties in within a fast-paced deadline driven environment. The successful candidate will have banking and sales knowledge, outstanding attention to detail and be willing to ask questions.
This would be a great opportunity for someone who is interested in gaining useful administrative experience within a process driven work environment!
Providing administrative support for online sales system
Main point of contact between Clients and online banking system providing excellent client needs
Calling existing clients and be willing to identify needs and build online programs
Developing and maintaining relationships and identify client needs
Liaising Banking Agents to ensure the overall client relationship is maintained
Participating and assisting in the weekly/monthly meetings
The Ideal Candidate:
2 years Sales Banking/ Financial administration experience
Intermediate MS Word skills with experience creating templates and using headers and footers
Intermediate MS Excel skills with experience creating spreadsheets and tables
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multi-task
A detail-oriented attitude, with the ability to take initiative
The ability to keep up with changing tasks on a regular basis
