Recruitment Consultant – Temporary Administration & Accounting Business Development

Headhunting as a career can appeal to professionals with a combination of people skills and a knack for persuasion and sales. Your job will be to build, develop and sustain relationships with clients as well as identifying talent and managing an in-depth recruitment process.
What the role entails
Identifying, developing, and securing clients who could benefit from Aplin’s services across both temporary and contract recruiting opportunities
Employing sales, business development, networking, and marketing techniques in order to attract business from potential clients
Visiting with clients to build and develop relationships, in order to gain a good understanding of companies, their industry, and their work culture

Experience with temporary and contract recruitment
