We welcome both experienced recruiters who may be looking for change as well as those from outside of our industry with the aptitude and attitude to succeed in what is a highly rewarding career. Headhunting as a career can appeal to professionals with a combination of people skills and a knack for persuasion and sales. Your job will be to build, develop and sustain relationships with clients as well as identifying talent and managing an in-depth recruitment process.
What the role entails:
Identifying, developing, and securing clients who could benefit from Aplin’s services across both temporary and contract recruiting opportunities
Recruitment of candidates for positions on an ongoing basis
Employing sales, business development, networking and marketing techniques in order to attract business from potential clients
Visiting with clients to build and develop relationships, in order to gain a good understanding of companies, their industry, and their work culture

What do you need to succeed?
Along with a positive, go-getter attitude you will have:
Experience with recruitment
Strong knowledge in Supply Chain and Operations and/or practical work experiences in this space
Strong negotiation skills
An ability to build and cultivate lasting relationships with clients
Strong organizational skills alongside outstanding interpersonal, communication and time-management skills
A hardworking, self-motivated and ambitious approach
An ability and willingness to listen effectively
