The Gig:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced, successful 360 recruitment consultant to join our Sales & Marketing Division within the David Aplin Group. Working within a dynamic and professional team environment, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your career and build your own business within the Sales & Marketing division. 

As a key member of the team, you will take pride in matching talented candidates with market leading organizations in the Ontario market. Focusing on providing recruitment solutions to a diverse client portfolio - this is the perfect opportunity for a tenacious, resourceful professional to make a name for themselves in one of Canada's most reputable firms.

  • Develop and manage a diverse network of Sales & Marketing Professionals
  • Manage and develop key accounts for incremental revenue growth 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Sales & Marketing communities
  • Develop a strong professional network across the Sales & Marketing vertical markets
  • Drive regional and national candidate campaigns for the selection of qualified candidates
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience working a 360 desk with a market leading organization 
  • Well networked in the Sales & Marketing social platforms
  • Proven ability to develop and monitor sales opportunities and manage client satisfaction  
  • Understanding a sales environment and sales cycle 
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills 
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a successful team 
  • A strong work ethic and desire to achieve success
