David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client, as they are currently looking to add a Project  Coordinator for an immediate temporary opportunity for an ongoing role, based on Winnipeg, MB.

The Role:
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, as well as a  detailed project plan to track progress
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments based on financial analysis
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques 
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team and monitor advancement of projects
  • Create and review correspondence and progress reports for the projects 
  • Participate and organize key department projects as needed
  • Research and write press releases
  • Assist in developing proposals and strategies 
  • Monitor weekly updates 
  • Conduct research, make site visits and find resources to assist with the project 
  • Other administrative duties as required 
The Ideal Candidate:
  • A minimum of 5 plus years of experience as a Project Coordinator 
  • Related post-secondary education (Business Administration, Project Management certificate, etc.)
  • A combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Proposal writing is an asset 
  • A high level of proficiency with MS Office
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with impressive attention to detail and ability to execute detailed plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Criminal background check is required
  • Salary will depend on experience
