David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit for a Permanent Intermediate Administrative Clerk and Receptionist based in North Edmonton.
Our client, a Window Manufacturing Organization, is seeking an Intermediate Administrative Clerk and Receptionist on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team that provides services to external clients. You'll be the face of the organization, as well as provide administrative support for the corporate office. You'll report to the Operations Manager, and will be assisting a team of customer service representatives with pulling statistical reports and client information.
The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and superior organizational skills.

Statement and report typing for various departments
Drafting and editing memos, documents, and correspondence
Attending daily meetings and take minutes
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Analyzing and entering data
Prepping daily bank deposits
Ordering office supplies
Covering a multi-line reception when needed
The Ideal Candidate:
At least 2 years+ of experience in an administration role
Advanced level of Microsoft Word and Excel
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving skills with the ability to work individually
Excellent organization and time management skills
