David Aplin has partnered with our client in the Financial services sector located in Mississauga. We are looking for an Operations Support Specialist  fluent in Mandarin to join their growing team!

The Role:

  • Monitor inventory, ongoing services/subscriptions, and accounts payable to anticipate purchasing needs and ensure the avoidance of any inventory shortage or service disruption
  • As Operations Support Specialist, you will look after administrative and logistical support elements of team’s activities to ensure the ongoing availability and quality of our financial technology products and support services
  • Act as point of contact with vendors, service providers, and industry partners situated both locally and internationally, communicating in English and Mandarin
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for larger operations team deployments and projects
  • Fulfill ad hoc requests from various Company teams and industry partners to assist with addressing Company needs, including those relating to compliance, business development, and recruitment
  • Use CRM to log ongoing account activities and feedback
  • Maintain familiarity with Company products / product versions as well as the potential impact of new products / product versions on new and existing merchants;
  • Assist with account management and customer service for existing merchants as needed
The Ideal Candidate:

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory
  • Strong English speaking and writing
  • Comfort with technology
  • Experience in the payment industry is a bonus but not a requirement
