David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client in the Not for Profit sector to recruit an Operations Coordinator Assistant based in Toronto.

This role is 20 hours per week, working 9 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Pay is $20.00 per hour.

The Role:

  • Provide support to the Operations Coordinator
  • Respond to requests in a timely manner, assisting with any and all administrative requests
  • Coordinate meetings and conference calls, including set-up: ordering food, copying, prepping materials
  • Keep reception, common areas at the highest level of tidiness and client-ready at all times
  • Data entry of information and tracking in Excel
  • Manage petty cash and track expenses
  • Completion of special projects as needed and as delegated 
  • Support as necessary as an administrator/coordinator
  • Provide strong level of customer service to the team and the agency
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and account teams
The Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent English both written and oral
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent service coordination and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in using Excel, Outlook and Word is a MUST
  • Good math skills to be able to manage petty cash and track expenses a MUST
  • Attention to detail a MUST
  • Quick learner
