David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit for an Office Services Coordinator on a Temporary to Hire basis.

Do you have 2 plus years of office experience including Reception? If so we are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual who is reliable and approachable to fill the position of an Office Services Coordinator. This position is within the Filing Department of a very large and busy corporate organization. This is an immediate temporary to hire opportunity with room to grow within the organization.

The Role:

  • Reception and managing the Corporate switchboard on an as needed basis
  • Updating spreadsheets and databases
  • Filing
  • Data Entry - creating new vendor requests
  • Typing letters and reports
  • Preparing meeting rooms 
  • Organizing materials for meetings 
  • Travel arrangements and hotel accommodations
The Ideal Candidate:

  • Two plus years of experience as with Reception and Administration 
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word skills with the ability to create correspondence
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills with the ability to create spreadsheets and record and track data
  • A quick learner with exceptional multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Working hours would be 8.30 am - 4.30 pm (8.00 am - 5.00 pm if covering reception), 2 coffee breaks and 1 hour for lunch.
