My client, a centrally located financial planning firm, is currently recruiting for an Office Coordinator to join their team. This role will be the cornerstone of the office, providing administrative support to the advisor team and empowering them to be as effective and efficient as possible. If you are looking for a role with variety in an entrepreneurial environment, this is the opportunity for you!
Coordinate all office related activities
Manage client documentation
Portfolio administration including new accounts and transfers
Direct calls and greet clients
Book appointments and liaison with clients
Data entry of client information and maintenance of electronic database
Lead administrative projects ranging from marketing initiatives to technology upgrades
The Ideal Candidate:
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced administrative role
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software
A professional demeanor with a passion for customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A keen eye for accuracy and organization
Related post-secondary education would be an asset
This is not your typical administrative position. My client is growing and there will be opportunities to take on more challenging and complex tasks over time, including possibly overseeing a junior administrator.
Please note this is a full-time permanent Monday to Friday position. Target salary range is in the 40s, depending on experience, plus benefits, RSPs, and free parking.
