Are you passionate about financial services? Would you like to work for a dynamic team who treats their employees like family? This position will be the right hand to a highly successful financial planner who offers a holistic approach to clients.

The Role:

  • Internal and external communication
  • Preparation of client files in advance of meetings
  • CRM maintenance
  • Vendor management
  • Data entry and file maintenance
  • Forms generation and coordination
  • Project administration as needed

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 4+ years related work experience in client administration/processing at an investment counsel firm, financial institution, broker, financial planner or mutual fund organization
  • A license in good-standing (CSC or MFDA) 
  • Solid understanding of investment products
  • Understanding of insurance products is an asset
  • Must be highly professional and client-service orientated 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks based on priority
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic  team player 
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
