David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit for a Landlord Coordinator.

If you can relate to this statement, our client has Landlord Coordinator opportunity that requires your ability to meet critical deadlines and build reputable relationships with their clientele which working within a confidential and sensitive environment.
Coordinate move ins and outs, including inspections, regular room inspections, signing lease agreements and other documentation as required for their tenants.
Maintain client files, coordinate cleaning of vacant units and working with closely with other vendors in addition to being the primary resource for the organization in regards to notices to tenants.
Work closely with the Calgary Housing processing applications and subsidy.
Follow up on rent payments including arrears.
Reply to inquiries as required via email or phone.
Filing and inputting data into Propertyware.
Interact and communicate consistently with residents making them aware of their notices to housing and end of their leases.
Meet regularly with the Operations Manager.
The Ideal Candidate:
A post-secondary diploma in administration or property administrator designation with a minimum of three years’ experience.
Strong leadership, analytical problem solving and organizational skills.
Strong analytical, verbal and written communication abilities with all levels of an organization.
Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with key partners, vendors and tenants.
Attention to detail and accuracy is required for this role.
Technical abilities in MS Office and Propertyware would be considered an asset.
