David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit for a Key Account Manager, based in Montreal.
The Key Account Manager is responsible for the growth, development, expansion and retention of members as well as the administrative management related to enrollments, activities, reporting and tracking.
Provide Member updates based on a regular basis
Secure Member insights with a vision to improving business performance/customer satisfaction
Conduct frequent visits to assigned Members to build and preserve constructive relationships
Develop Account Plan for each assigned Member
Manage Revenue and Accounts Receivables for assigned Members in co-ordination with Finance Department
Prepare documentation for various meetings and attend appropriate Members events and meetings
Proactively recruit and secure new Members
Work collaboratively across various internal departments to develop and execute Members strategies
Acquire insights into Members through measurable or qualitative data to determine ways to increase Members collection and business performance
Conduct frequent visits to collection sites and develop new programs with Members to drive annual collections in regulated provinces
Manage assigned accounts and develop plans moving forward
Track and monitor collection and revenue on and weekly basis
Produce monthly reports and follow up as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor level in Education or equivalence
Minimum of five (7) years of senior administrative experience and account management
Highly professional, customer service drive with the ability to communicate at all levels
Results driven with strong organizational skills with very strong problem solving skill.
Fluent in French and English is highly preferable
$90,000 - $100,000 + bonus
