David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client, a leader in their industry, to recruit a Junior Help Desk Support to be on the front line of their IT support system based in Toronto, Ontario.
The Junior Desktop Support Technician will be the face of IT for internal employees.
The primary task of this position will be to troubleshoot and resolve endpoint issues, install and support the systems, and assist with the day-to-day operations for the company's IT infrastructure.
Support 80 - 100 end users.
No travel required.
4 month contract with possible extension.
