Our client, a Private Financial Group, is looking for an Insurance Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis. This position reports directly to two Advisors and is the PILLAR of the organization. You will be the main point of contact for clients, new and existing. The ideal candidate will have OUTSTANDING communication skills, a professional image, and phone etiquette. The successful candidate will be detail orientated, a people pleaser and willing to go above and beyond to help others.

Calling clients or prospects for advisors
Assisting advisors in administrative duties
Maintaining accurate records of deposits and transactions
Entering data into excel spreadsheets
Making debt calls to existing clients
Arranging travel arrangements
Assisting with submittal of insurance applications
Liaise with insurance companies and assist with queries
Constant follow up calls
Arranging client events - ordering catering, room booking, making name tags, creating booklets and confirming guest lists
Creating and mailing out correspondences and letters
Ordering catering for lunch and learns
Back up reception if needed
The Ideal Candidate:
1 year of administrative experience (Insurance would be an asset)
LLQP completion would also be an asset for advancement
Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills, with the ability to work with spreadsheets and templates
Strong oral and written communication skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Professionalism and strong listening skills
Demonstrated sense of urgency
