As the Inside sales rep, you  will be responsible for new client acquisition and growing current market share - managing existing clients, acquiring new clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

The successful candidate will demonstrate high performance results in a fast paced environment. They will be outgoing, confident, professional with innovative ideas that enjoys learning, training and development.

The Role:

  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of the company's current products
  • Presenting and selling company products and services (all lines of life insurance and other products) to new and existing customers
  • Assisting with creating sales material to present to customers
  • Determining and implementing basic strategies/techniques to effectively counter competitive offers and educate customers on product comparisons
  • Attending training and development conferences on a regular basis 
  • Consistently demonstrating ability to meet higher performance expectations 
The Ideal Candidate:

  • Willing to obtain LLQ Licensing 
  • Outgoing, motivated and enthusiastic 
  • Coachable and accountable
  • Ability to solve problems  and develop ideas
  • Outstanding communications skills and strong relationship skills to work in a client centric setting
  • Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills, with the ability to work with spreadsheets and templates
