Industrial Agriculture Sales Rep

Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Business Development, the Industrial Agriculture Sales Rep is responsible for contributing towards the growth of our Norseman Structures business, while servicing and maintaining new and existing customers. The Sales Rep will also be responsible for generating new potential customers on an ongoing basis by: networking, researching, prospecting, cold-calling, following-up, closing deals and managing accounts. The role can be based in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan or Manitoba, and requires extensive travel throughout Western Canada. 

The ideal candidate will bring:
  • 5-10 years of industrial sales experience with a proven track record of achievement in sales growth and new business development. 
  • Prior experience selling into the agricultural industry is a must, particularly in commodity storage and handling. 
  • Strong analytical skill and problem solving abilities.
  • Superior business acumen.
  • The ability to work independently and in a team. 
  • Customer Relationship Management software (Sales Force) experience.
