David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit for an Implementation Specialist.
Our Client in the merchant services industry is currently hiring for their office near the Airport. We are looking for an individual with experience and/or interest in the payment industry to join our operations team.
As Implementation Specialist, you will work with the team to fully implement and ensure the ongoing successful use of our financial technology products for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinate and deliver installation of payment processing devices and training of merchant staff, both on-site (requiring travel locally and internationally) and remotely
Summarize and provide key implementation information to newly enrolled merchants, including access credentials, training materials, and addressing frequently asked questions
Assist with various other aspects of the new merchant enrollment process
Act as primary contact for newly enrolled merchants in the post-implementation period, addressing all merchant needs and concerns
Track and periodically follow up with post-implementation merchants to ensure client satisfaction, identification of potential issues, and that best practices are top-of-mind
Use CRM to log ongoing account activities and feedback
Maintain familiarity with Company products / product versions as well as the potential impact of new products / product versions on new and existing merchants
Assist with account management and customer service for existing merchants as needed
Create and maintain training materials for both internal and external use
The Ideal Candidate:
Fluency in English and Chinese
Strong English speaking and writing
Comfort with technology
Experience in the payment industry is a bonus but not a requirement
Salary: $35,000.00 to $55,000.00 per annum.
