Our client, a well-established energy firm is seeking a Human Resources Analyst on a permanent basis. This position has the possibility of an extension for the right person.

Manage interpersonal relationships amongst employees, management, union and all other stakeholders
Provide technical knowledge in the areas of claims management for both clients and stakeholder groups
Provides analysis, investigation and response in the management of the MyHR Tier 2 level Health Services requests
Be accountable for the Disability Analyst in the review of Neocase statistics within MyHR
Complete administrative tasks that support the Early and Safe Return to Work program
Manage the Canadian and US health services inbox
Support company wellness program
Network with team members as applies to claims management and MyHR responses
The Ideal Candidate:
Strong technical knowledge management in the adjudication of Canadian non-complex disability claims and US Workers Compensation (WC) program
Understanding of company policies, practices and provincial/federal legislation
High level of confidentiality and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical, problem solving and observation skills
