David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit an high profile Receptionist, based in Downtown Edmonton, AB.
Our client is looking for an Advanced Receptionist to support their corporate office in downtown Edmonton. Reporting to the Marketing Developer, this person will respond to all incoming calls, greet and direct visitors, answer inquiries in a positive and professional manner, and be the representative of the organization! This position requires someone who is capable of handling a high volume of calls while simultaneously preforming administrative duties and payroll processing.
Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills are required for the role.

Greeting visitors in a professional manner and directing them to the appropriate area
Answering phone calls and email inquiries
Managing a high volume multi-line switchboard and transferring calls
Ensuring the front desk is tidy, organized and presentable
Assisting with payroll processing
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Ordering office supplies when required
Performing some data entry and filing
Typing up business correspondence when required
The Ideal Candidate:
2 years of experience in a similar role
Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills, with the ability to work with spreadsheets and templates
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
Organizational skills and attention to detail
The ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
Immediate start $17p/h
