General Manager, Community Services
Reporting to the City Manager, the GM, Community Services provides strategic leadership to all parts of the department including Planning & Development, Building Standards, Parks, Community Standards, and Recreation & Community Development. In this role, you use your excellent coaching and mentoring skills to develop and nurture talent in the department and build a succession plan to support long-term success. With your superior leadership and communications skills, you will build and support a culture of innovation and excellence throughout the Community Services department and beyond and ensure that the goals and values of the organization are lived and breathed by your team.
