Our client, a thriving Healthcare facility in Edmonton, is currently looking to hire a temporary Executive Assistant to assist the Vice President - Risk&Auditing with the organization's current project. This position is a temporary 10-month project position that has the potential of extension.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional administrative support in order to support the Vice President and the Board of Directors. The perfect individual for this role will have previous experience as an Executive Assistant with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in an extremely fast-paced, focused environment. Organizing meetings, events, interviews, and appointments, as well as booking travel arrangements
Complex calendar management
Preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes
Typing correspondence, and business reports
Preparing documents and presentations
Organizing any relevant material for events, meetings and appointments
Planning and participating in special projects
Primary contact or liaison with the senior leadership teams and external stakeholders
Screening letters, emails, and phone calls and responding to them on behalf of the Vice President - Risk&Auditing
Provide administrative support to the board of directors when required
The Ideal Candidate:
3 years of experience at an Executive Assistant level
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
